Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you — or a third party you designate — receive the last item of your order. If the 14-day period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is automatically extended to the next business day.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You can do this directly through your customer account by navigating to your orders and submitting a return or cancellation request — no prior contact with us is required.
Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return process applies.
Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included. Please note that for hygiene or safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened — this will be clearly indicated on the product page where applicable.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from our receipt of the returned item for the refund to appear.
How to Start a Return Log in to your customer account, go to your orders, and select the item you wish to return. Follow the on-screen steps to submit your request. You will receive a confirmation once your request has been received.
