How long does it take to ship orders and how can I track my order?
Our standard delivery time for orders within Germany is 10-12 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number to conveniently track the status of your order.

What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 15 day refund and return policy. If you wish to return a product, please contact us and we will advise you of the designated return location. Once we receive the returned item, you will be refunded the full amount minus the shipping fee of 79 euros to your original payment method.
