We offer a 30-day return and refund policy. If you would like to return a product, please contact us and we will provide the designated return location. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping fees.

We review each bike individually before listing it for road use. Standard pedelec-style bikes that meet the 250W motor and 25 km/h assist limit are labeled for German road use. Faster or more powerful e-bikes may require registration, insurance, or additional documentation before they can be used on public roads. If a model does not have the required road-use documentation listed, we mark it as off-road use only so customers know before they buy.
