Cancellations before fulfillment

German Bike allows free cancellation at any time before the order has been fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, the applicable return or statutory withdrawal process applies. These rules never reduce mandatory consumer cancellation or withdrawal rights.

Start a return or withdrawal request

Use the Contact German Bike page as the primary contact route. Alternatively, email support@deutschefahrrad.de; deutschefahrrad@gmail.com is the backup contact. Include your order number and a clear return or withdrawal request.

For a statutory withdrawal, an unequivocal notice exercises the right; you do not have to wait for administrative approval to make your notice effective. Obtain the correct routing before shipping the bike back.

The form below is an additional way to send a return or order-problem request. Do not ship anything until you have the correct return instructions and address.
