Twitter Cycle manufacturer warranty

Twitter Cycle bikes sold by German Bike carry a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects. This manufacturer warranty is separate from and does not reduce any statutory legal guarantee or consumer remedy.

The Twitter Cycle manufacturer warranty does not cover human error, rider or crash damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or other non-manufacturing causes. For a successful approved manufacturer-warranty claim, the factory covers the costs of the authorized remedy. Contact German Bike before incurring third-party labor, shipping, or repair expenses that you expect to be reimbursed.

EU statutory rights

For covered EU consumer sales, the one-year Twitter Cycle manufacturer warranty does not replace the seller's statutory legal guarantee. EU consumer rules generally provide a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract, with national law potentially providing additional protection.

Replacement parts

German Bike will source available manufacturer replacement parts for Twitter Cycle bikes but does not guarantee indefinite availability of every part. Outside an approved warranty claim or mandatory seller remedy, the customer pays the cost of replacement parts and delivery.

Assembly and setup

Bikes arrive partially assembled. Final setup commonly includes the front wheel where applicable, handlebar, pedals, seatpost and saddle, accessories, tire pressure, brake alignment, and a drivetrain and safety check. Professional assembly is not required solely because the bike was shipped by German Bike, but customers who are not confident performing final assembly correctly should use a qualified bicycle mechanic.

Certificates and road-use documents

For Twitter Cycle bikes, German Bike will provide the applicable Certificate of Conformity (COC), certificates, and road-use documentation by email after payment is received. German Bike sells both road-legal and off-road/private-land models; the specific product page controls the road-use classification.

Other brands

Manufacturer warranty terms for brands other than Twitter Cycle are controlled by the applicable product page and manufacturer documentation. German Bike does not automatically apply Twitter Cycle's one-year manufacturer-warranty terms to unrelated brands.
