Checkout security
German Bike uses Shopify's hosted checkout. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider shown during checkout rather than being collected through an ordinary page form.
Available methods
Methods can vary by customer location, currency, device, order value and provider eligibility. The checkout—not an old banner or policy page—is the current source of truth for whether card payment, PayPal, Shop Pay or an installment option is available.
Financing and installments
Any installment or pay-over-time option is offered by the provider shown at checkout and is subject to that provider's approval, eligibility rules, fees and terms. German Bike does not promise approval and does not advertise a financing provider that is not currently enabled.
Currency and charges
The store can present different currencies for supported markets. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or cross-border fees. Shipping and any taxes collected by the checkout are shown before payment.
Payment verification
High-value or unusual orders may require additional verification to protect the customer and the store. If verification is required, German Bike will contact the order email address and will not ask for a password or full payment-card number.
