German Bike supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, Elo, JCB, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, USDC, and the Türkiye-specific manual Bank Deposit / bank-transfer process for customers paying in TRY. Wallet or card-rail availability can depend on the buyer's device, region, currency, and payment-provider authorization.

Türkiye and Turkish-lira payment

Türkiye is a supported German Bike market for both ordering and delivery. Customers who want to pay in Turkish lira (TRY) can select the manual Bank Deposit payment method and complete a bank transfer using the order-specific instructions.

We strongly recommend contacting deutschefahrrad@gmail.com before sending a TRY transfer so German Bike can confirm the order reference and current payment instructions. A Shopify order created with Bank Deposit is not considered paid or ready for fulfillment until the transfer is received and verified. The standing manual bank-transfer program is specifically for customers in Türkiye paying in TRY.

USDC

USDC is a permanent payment option and is available to customers in any supported market. Contact German Bike before sending USDC for the current order-specific payment instructions. The order is treated as paid only after receipt is verified.

Klarna and installments

Klarna is not currently supported. German Bike is evaluating a replacement financing option, but no installment program should be assumed available until German Bike publishes it as active.

When is an order accepted?

An order is accepted when payment is successfully completed. For manual payment methods such as TRY bank transfer or USDC, acceptance occurs when German Bike verifies receipt of payment.
