These terms govern use of DeutscheFahrrad.de and purchases from German Bike LLC. Read them together with the product page, checkout information, shipping, returns, privacy and any product-specific manufacturer warranty.
Seller
German Bike LLC, a California limited liability company, operates the German Bike retail brand and DeutscheFahrrad.de as an online-only retailer.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract. You are responsible for accurate account, billing and delivery information and for protecting account credentials.
Product information
We aim to present accurate titles, images, specifications, variants, compatibility, road-use information and availability. Manufacturer and supplier information can change. Images can show optional accessories or a different configuration; the selected variant and written product details control. Contact us before ordering when a specification is critical.
Road use, certification and safety
German Bike does not claim that every e-bike or helmet has the same certification or legal status. Classification can depend on location, configuration, motor power, assisted speed, throttle behavior and documentation. Review the product-specific status and current local requirements.
Pricing, tax and payment
Prices, taxes, shipping charges, currency and available payment methods are shown at checkout. We may correct an obvious catalog or pricing error before fulfillment and provide the legally required cancellation or refund option. Financing eligibility is controlled by the provider shown at checkout.
Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean an order has been accepted for fulfillment. We may cancel or limit an order for unavailability, error, fraud risk, delivery or legal restriction, or supplier discontinuation, with an appropriate refund of amounts collected.
Shipping
Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated. Orders can be fulfilled from different locations and arrive separately. Mandatory rules concerning delivery, risk and non-delivery continue to apply.
Cancellation, withdrawal and returns
See Returns & Refunds. Eligible EU consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for distance purchases, subject to lawful exceptions. Nothing in these terms reduces a mandatory right.
Faulty goods and warranties
Statutory conformity rights apply where required. Manufacturer warranties vary by product and do not replace statutory rights. German Bike can coordinate a claim but does not promise one universal commercial warranty or reimbursement for an unauthorized third-party repair.
Assembly and use
Bikes can require assembly, adjustment and a safety inspection before use. Follow the manufacturer instructions and obtain qualified local assistance when unsure. Customers are responsible for ordinary maintenance and safe use after delivery.
Reviews and submissions
Submitted content must be truthful, lawful and relevant. Reviews may be moderated for spam, personal information, abuse or conflicts but will not be removed solely because they are critical.
Prohibited use
Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious code, unauthorized security testing, rights infringement, data harvesting or interference with other users.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, German Bike is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss unrelated to a breach by German Bike. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to German Bike LLC, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights available in the customer's country of residence.
Changes and contact
