Where we ship
German Bike currently serves customers in the European Union and the United States where the product and checkout are available for the selected address.
Current standard shipping rates
- European Union, including Germany: €25 standard shipping for orders below €150; €10 standard shipping for orders of €150 or more.
- United States: $99 standard shipping for orders below $150; $10 standard shipping for orders of $150 or more.
Optional expedited services may appear for eligible destinations. The rate and currency displayed in checkout before payment control for the order.
Processing and transit times
Most orders require approximately 3–4 business days for processing before shipment. After fulfillment, transit commonly takes approximately 7–10 business days. These are working estimates, not fixed delivery dates. Made-to-order products, large bikes, remote destinations, carrier disruption, customs processing and supplier-specific handling can take longer.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed when it becomes available, commonly around five business days after the order is placed. A newly issued number can take several business days to begin showing movement. You can also use our Track Order page.
Split shipments
Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages or on different dates. Receiving one item does not necessarily mean another item is missing. Where more than one tracking number is available, German Bike may send the additional numbers separately by email.
Large products and delivery access
Bikes, e-bikes and ride-on products can ship in large cartons. The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accessible delivery address and for checking the shipment promptly after delivery. If the carton is visibly damaged, photograph the exterior before opening whenever possible.
Import or carrier charges
If a carrier unexpectedly requests an import, customs or delivery payment that was not disclosed at checkout, contact German Bike before paying it so we can review the order.
Delays and address problems
Contact us promptly if tracking has not updated for an extended period, if a delivery is marked complete but cannot be located, or if an address correction is needed. Address changes are not always possible after processing begins.
