German Bike ships to the EU-27, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and Türkiye. All products are offered in every supported market, subject to stock availability.

Shipping charges are per order, not per bike. German Bike requires 24–48 business hours after payment is received and verified for processing, picking, packing, and shipment preparation. The transit estimate begins after that processing period. All stated time ranges are business days and are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
DDP: no separate import bill
All German Bike orders to all supported markets are shipped DDP. The customer pays the bike price plus the selected shipping method. The DDP arrangement includes international carriage under the selected shipping tier, import duty, tariffs, VAT or sales tax associated with import/delivery, customs clearance, brokerage, and final-mile delivery. German Bike does not state any import-charge exclusions under this policy.
If a carrier or customs office sends you an unexpected tariff, customs, import-duty, VAT, brokerage, clearance, or final-mile invoice, do not simply pay it. Email deutschefahrrad@gmail.com with the invoice and shipment details. Those charges are not intended to become the customer's responsibility under German Bike's DDP policy, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Tracking and address changes
Tracking is provided after dispatch when tracking information becomes available. Request any shipping-address correction within 24 hours after payment. Address changes cannot be made after tracking has been issued or the shipment has been dispatched.
